The food is very good, the Kankacho is typical of Ayaviri and trying it in this place is something you have to do, plus it is located next to the cathedral in the Plaza de Armas of this city.The lady is very sociable, if you ask her about her achievements with this food she will tell you without problems, I recommend asking her about her adventure in New York.
